While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we do offer hassle-free exchanges and refunds for only damaged or defective items to guarantee your satisfaction.

To maintain the highest standards of quality and safety for our customers, we do not accept returns for perfumes.

This policy is in place because:

Testers Available for Every Scent: We provide testers for all our fragrances, allowing you to try the scent before committing to a full-size bottle. Since you have the opportunity to sample before purchasing, This ensures you find the perfect scent, as returns or exchanges for preference-related reasons are not available.

Hygiene & Safety: Perfumes are personal care products, and once opened, they cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations.
Product Integrity: To ensure the quality and authenticity of our perfumes, we do not resell returned items.

Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement.

You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’ll review your request and guide you through the process.

Quick & Smooth Processing

No fees will be charged for exchanges or refunds due to damage or defects.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
