If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement.
You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible, your claim must include all of the following:
- Your order number
- A video clearly showing the damage or defect
- The original packaging
- The damaged item, which must be available for collection

Claims missing any of the above requirements will not be processed. The damaged item must be collected and inspected before any refund or replacement is issued.
